Chloe Milthorpe serves as the Director of Market Research and Business Development leading strategic research initiatives to drive investment decisions, optimize property performance, and identify new opportunities through market intelligence. Chloe joined Maslow’s Campus Communities in April 2025, bringing six years of experience in the student housing industry.
Before joining, Chloe was the Senior Market Research Analyst at American Campus Communities, completing extensive analytical research across more than 70 markets nationwide and internationally. She collaborated cross-functionally with Acquisitions, On-and-Off Campus Development, & Business Development teams, providing data analysis on student demographics, competitive rental rates, and supply and demand trends to support growth and innovation. In addition, she played a critical role in presenting market findings to leading private and public colleges and universities during RFP and RFQ housing procurement processes.
Chloe graduated from Florida State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She resides in Austin, Texas.
