Mishell Regan

Mishell Regan serves as Regional Manager for Maslow’s Campus Communities, where she oversees the day-to-day management of property-level teams, providing strategic guidance to support operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and asset performance across her portfolio of multifamily assets. She brings more than 23 years of experience in student housing and conventional multifamily operations, with expertise spanning operations, leasing, marketing, and property management.

Before joining Maslow’s, Mishell served as Regional Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, where she oversaw a portfolio of conventional multifamily communities. Prior to Coastal Ridge, she was a Regional Manager at University Partners, leading operations and supporting performance across multiple communities.

Mishell spent the majority of her career with American Campus Communities, where she held a variety of leadership roles, including Operations Specialist, Director of Leasing and Marketing, and Regional Manager. During her tenure, she developed extensive experience in property operations, leasing strategy, team leadership, and portfolio management while helping drive performance across a diverse portfolio of communities.

Throughout her career, Mishell has been passionate about mentoring others, building high-performing teams, improving operational consistency, and achieving strong leasing outcomes. Her leadership has been recognized through numerous team accomplishments, including Marketing Team of the Year, Facilities Team of the Year, and multiple Employee Development awards, reflecting her dedication to fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Mishell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Texas A&M University.

She and her husband, Michael, live in Prosper, Texas, with their two sons, Maddux and Myles.
