Senior Investments Analyst
Bretton Stano is a Senior Investments Analyst at Maslow’s Campus Communities, where he supports acquisition underwriting, market analysis, and investment strategy across the firm’s student housing development and investment platform. He contributes to evaluating new opportunities and developing financial insights that inform the firm’s capital deployment decisions.
Prior to joining Maslow’s, Bretton worked at LivCor, within the Portfolio Insights group. There, he partnered closely with asset management and executive leadership to conduct portfolio analysis to optimize asset performance and maximize value across approximately 100,000 multifamily units. He developed reporting frameworks to identify leasing and revenue trends, performed NOI sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making, and helped implement portfolio-wide budgeting strategies.
He also played a role in building LivCor’s rental income forecasting model, improving operational visibility, and enhancing forecasting efficiency across asset management and finance stakeholders.
Bretton graduated summa cum laude from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Computer Science. He currently resides in Austin, TX.
