Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff at Maslow’s Campus Communities, Caitlin Baggett plays a key role in driving organizational efficiency, executing strategic initiatives, and supporting the leadership team across operations, legal, and finance. She leads efforts around executive coordination, deal support, systems design, and company-wide planning.
Since joining Maslow’s Properties, the parent company of Maslow’s Campus Communities, in 2023, Caitlin has helped guide the company’s growth by leading its IT transition, streamlining onboarding and compliance, and implementing systems to support executive scheduling and communications. She also coordinates logistics and supports leadership visibility at key industry conferences and partnership meetings.
Before stepping into her current role, Caitlin earned an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Counseling with a focus on cognitive and behavioral development in Canada. After graduating, she relocated to Texas in 2018 and spent several years supporting families and executive teams in a range of operational and personal capacities, laying the foundation for her transition into Maslow’s and its leadership team.
Caitlin also holds a Texas real estate license and worked in leasing and property operations throughout college, gaining hands-on experience that now informs her strategic and operational oversight. Her background blends real estate, education, and executive support — giving her a unique lens on organizational growth and people-first leadership.
Originally from Canada, Caitlin now lives in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband and their son, Scottie. Outside of work, she enjoys hosting family dinners, wrangling her two wild dogs, working on house projects, and finding reasons to go to HomeGoods.
