


Clint Braun
Senior Vice President of Project Management
Clint Braun oversees all aspects of predevelopment and development, including design, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction and reporting, ensuring seamless project execution and asset delivery. Clint joined Maslow’s Campus Communities in January 2025, bringing more than 28 years of student housing experience in construction and development.
Before this role, he spent 23 years at American Campus Communities, where he led large-scale student housing developments nationwide. Starting as Director of Construction Management in 2000, he was promoted to Vice President of Construction Management in 2002 and later assumed the role of Senior Vice President in 2006. During his tenure at ACC, Clint oversaw the successful completion of more than 100 student housing projects across more than 60 universities, delivering over 73,000 beds and managing more than $6 billion in development costs—all on time and within approved budgets.
As a LEED® Accredited Professional, he has been instrumental in the development of 35 LEED-certified communities, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability in student housing.
Before joining ACC, Clint held various construction management roles at JPI, a private real estate developer, from 1996 to 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1995. Clint and his wife April live in Austin with their two children.
