


Marc Gilbert
Vice President of P3 Solutions and Marketing
Marc Gilbert leads pursuits, proposals and marketing and outreach efforts related to public-private partnerships (P3s) with universities nationwide and supports project predevelopment and development efforts.
Marc joined Maslow’s in January 2025, previously serving as a strategic marketing/pursuit lead for Stantec. He began his student housing career in 2009, joining American Campus Communities as proposal manager and supporting the planning and development of almost 50 purpose-built student housing communities, totaling more than 40,000 student beds with a development value of more than $3.4 billion. During a 14-year span, he also supported on-campus marketing and P3/business development. In the development support and property integration capacity, Marc directed product research efforts through student focus groups, community surveys, and student/neighborhood outreach for university developments.
Prior to his career in student housing, Marc worked as a professional journalist, including stints at The Dallas Morning News and as a managing editor for Gannett community newspapers. Marc received his B.A. in communication from the University of Texas at Arlington. He and his wife Julianna live west of Austin and have three adult children.
