Sherri Andrade
Vice President of Property Operations, Marketing and Asset Integration
Sherri Andrade serves as Vice President of Property Operations, Marketing and Asset Integration at Maslow’s Campus Communities, where she plays a key role in strengthening the company’s operational platform and supporting portfolio-wide growth initiatives. In this role, Sherri oversees corporate and property-level marketing strategy, operational systems and documentation, and transition-related activities across acquisitions, developments, and new community onboarding. She works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across the Maslow’s portfolio while supporting leasing performance, occupancy goals, and long-term asset value.
Sherri brings 20+ years of student housing experience with expertise in property operations, marketing, leasing, and organizational development. Prior to joining MCC, she spent nearly two decades at American Campus Communities, where she held progressive leadership roles throughout her tenure and played a key role in aligning operational execution and efficiency with brand strategy and cost effectiveness. She led company-wide communications and initiatives for more than 3,000 employees and oversaw marketing operations, branding, and creative production for 150+ student housing communities nationwide. Her work included leading a comprehensive rebrand of all communities, supporting branding and marketing for new developments, directing marketing integration for multiple large-scale acquisitions totaling more than 70 communities, and negotiating high-volume annual production and promotional spend.
Earlier in her career, Sherri held roles in leasing and property marketing, directing portfolio-wide pricing strategies, occupancy analytics, marketing budgets, and leasing operations to drive NOI and performance. She began her career working on-site in student housing operations as a Community Assistant and advanced through the ranks to General Manager. Her experience in these roles provided a strong operational foundation that continues to shape her collaborative, execution-focused leadership style.
Sherri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University, where she graduated cum laude.
She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two daughters and their two dogs (Oliver and Shady), where weekends are spent chasing her kiddos and making the most of family time.
